Feedback and complaints policy

How to raise a compliment, concern or complaint, what we do with it, and where to go if you are not satisfied.

Raising feedback

  • Speak with your worker or coordinator, call 1800 498 454, email ndis@accesssupport.au, or use the feedback form on this website.
  • You can raise feedback anonymously, and you can ask an advocate, family member or interpreter to do it for you.

What we do

  • We acknowledge complaints within two business days and aim to resolve them within 21 days.
  • We keep you informed, explain our findings, and tell you what we are changing as a result.
  • Complaints never affect the supports you receive, and we do not tolerate retaliation of any kind.

If you are not satisfied

  • You can escalate to our management team for an internal review.
  • You can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544 or at ndiscommission.gov.au at any time — you do not have to come to us first.
  • You can also contact your state's disability advocacy service, or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for privacy matters.

This policy is reviewed annually, or sooner if legislation changes.
